Your data, treated like the art.

Account: your e-mail, name, and a securely hashed password. Orders: the pieces you compose, your shipping address, and order history. Payments: handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers.

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in stores a session token in your browser — that is all.

To understand how the site is used we run self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) on our own infrastructure: aggregate page views, referrers, and country of visit. No personal profiles are built, nothing is shared with third parties, and your IP address is not stored.

Compositions you create in the studio are private to your account until you order or publish them. Deleted pieces rest in a bin for 30 days — recoverable by you — and are then removed permanently.

We keep order records as long as commercial law requires, and account data for as long as the account exists. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: hello@aestrae.com.

The platform, its database, and the image archive run on our own managed infrastructure; production files are shared with print partners only to fulfil your order.
